Our Journey

2022

Waterfall Chartered Accountants Chambers was founded by a team of CA(SA) professionals, engineers, and strategic leaders with a mission to create South Africa's premier professional chambers model. From the outset, our vision was to unite independent firms under shared governance standards while preserving autonomy and ownership.

2023

Expanded our membership network across multiple provinces, establishing standardized governance, quality, and compliance frameworks aligned with King IV principles and IRBA AQI standards. Early transformation initiatives, including diversity targets and B-BBEE alignment, were introduced.

2024

Secured our first corporate clients and launched our flagship platform to provide actionable insights for independent professionals and member firms. The platform enabled national reach, while reinforcing chambers-based governance and professional specialization across audit, advisory, and forensic services.

2025

Solidified transformation leadership with a Level 1 B-BBEE collective and measurable diversity achievements.
